Only for some more information.

Hey :)
I found a video on youtube.
It is an interview with the author Lois Lowry who tells something about "The Giver".
Maybe you are interested in watching it. It is without subtitles but I think you will understand it.

    Thanks for posting the video. I think it's always interesting getting to know a bit more about the author - an interview is a very good way to do this!
